Two meeting rooms on the ground floor of 4 Garrett Street serve as our hub for productive conversations and team workshops. Each room fits 10 people comfortably around tables configured for proper discussions rather than cramped huddles. We've mounted large TVs on the walls with HDMI cables ready to go—just plug in your laptop and you're presenting within seconds. Between meetings, the communal tea station becomes a natural gathering spot. We keep it stocked with proper mugs, teaspoons, and glasses throughout the day. Our receptionist handles the practical bits when you arrive: showing you to your room, getting you connected to our high-speed Wi-Fi, and sorting any last-minute needs that pop up. The building itself spans five floors and 10,699 square feet, with self-contained offices ranging from 915 to 2,147 square feet. Each floor has its own kitchenette, and we've created breakout areas where people work on laptops between formal meetings. The shower facilities and bike storage in the basement get plenty of use from the Old Street and Farringdon crowd who cycle in. We're particular about keeping the meeting spaces professional—outside food and drinks are fine, though we add a £5 per person cleaning fee when meals are involved. The air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round, and the wheelchair-accessible facilities include an accessible WC on the ground floor. Getting here takes about five minutes on foot from Old Street Station, or you can walk from Farringdon in roughly the same time. The Elizabeth Line at Farringdon has made the journey even quicker for many of our regular visitors. Once your meeting wraps up, Clerkenwell's restaurants and Barbican's cultural venues sit right on our doorstep.
