Our office space at The Mews sits right at 6 Putney Common, where the quiet of the mews meets the bustle of SW15. We've watched countless small businesses and startups thrive in this 405 square foot ground floor space, which feels more like a private studio than a traditional office. The self-contained layout works brilliantly for teams of up to 8 people. We've kept everything in excellent condition - from the private WC and shower facilities to the kitchenette where your team can make their morning coffees. Some tenants bring their own furniture to create their perfect setup, while others prefer to use what we provide. Either way works for us. What really sets our space apart is the location. Step outside and you're facing Putney Common - perfect for clearing your head during a busy day. The Thames is just moments away, and we've seen plenty of our tenants take their lunch breaks by the river. There's a great pub at the top of our mews road too, which has become the unofficial Friday afternoon spot for many of the businesses here. Getting here couldn't be easier. Barnes Station is a 16-minute walk, Putney Station is nearby, and we've got multiple bus routes connecting you to central London. If you drive, we have parking on site, plus free parking in the Putney Common car park from 7am. After 10:30am, you can also park on Commondale or Putney Common itself. The A3 gives you quick access if you're coming from further afield, and local shops and restaurants mean you're never short of options for lunch meetings or after-work gatherings.
