Our smaller meeting room works perfectly for focused discussions with up to four people, while our boardroom accommodates larger teams of up to 14. Both rooms come equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, digital screens, and flipcharts – the essentials that keep your meetings flowing smoothly. When you need to step away from the main discussion, our breakout spaces provide comfortable areas for informal conversations or quiet reflection. The kitchen area and reception lounge are spaces where many of our clients appreciate being able to prepare refreshments or welcome their guests before meetings begin. We can also arrange catering from local suppliers – from simple tea and coffee service to full lunch spreads, depending on what works for your day. Our flexible booking system means you can hire a room for just a few hours or block book for regular training sessions, and we'll work around your schedule. Newcastle Central Station sits just a six-minute walk from our door, making it convenient for teams traveling from across the region.
