Our grand ballroom at Pudsey Civic Hall regularly transforms from corporate conferences for 550 delegates into intimate wedding celebrations, and that flexibility is what we're known for here at Dawsons Corner. We've been hosting everything from trade exhibitions to theatrical performances, and our three distinct spaces each bring their own character to different types of gatherings. The ballroom remains our flagship space - we can arrange it theatre-style for 550 people when you need maximum capacity, or create a more relaxed cabaret setup for 280 guests. Many businesses choose this room for their annual conferences and product launches, while community groups book it for their dance competitions and concerts. The Owlcotes Bar, right next to the ballroom, works brilliantly as a breakout space during conferences or stands alone as a meeting room for up to 80 people in rows or 56 in cabaret format. Upstairs, our Woodhall Room provides a more intimate setting that suits board meetings and training sessions. We've recently refurbished all our meeting spaces with modern furniture and updated equipment, keeping the character of the building while ensuring everything works smoothly for today's presentations and hybrid meetings. Getting here couldn't be easier - we're minutes from New Pudsey rail station with regular bus services stopping nearby. Our free car park holds 300 vehicles, including dedicated accessible bays close to our level entrance. We've installed lifts to all floors and accessible toilets throughout, making sure everyone can use our facilities comfortably. Being home to ArtForms Music means there's often creative energy flowing through the building, adding an extra dimension when you're here for your meeting or event. Our team handles everything from small business meetings to major exhibitions, and we work closely with you to configure our spaces exactly as you need them.
