The 8th and 9th floors at 515 Madison Avenue house our Jay Suites Midtown East facility, where 50,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed workspace serves professionals who need more than just a desk and chair. We've created 101 executive suites here, each one fully furnished and ready for teams ranging from solo entrepreneurs to groups of 20. The building itself, the 42-story art deco Dumont Building, sits right next to the landmarked Lever House on Park Avenue. When you step off the elevators, our reception area greets you with a mix of wood, glass, and brushed brass finishes, plus HD TVs displaying news and market updates throughout the day. Our four meeting rooms handle different group sizes—from intimate six-person sessions to presentations for 24 participants. For larger gatherings, our members get preferred rates at the Jay Conference facility right here in the building, which accommodates up to 200 people.
