Seven purpose-built studios fill our Wellington House location on the Strand, each designed specifically for professional research and collaborative meetings. We've equipped every room with full-length viewing mirrors and natural sunlight streams through the windows throughout the day, creating an environment where participants feel comfortable and engaged. Our technology setup includes UX labs with eye-tracking capabilities and HD video recording systems. We've installed high-speed fibre optic broadband throughout the building, and our built-in translation equipment handles dual-channel recordings for international projects. These features support everything from detailed user experience studies to multilingual focus groups. The demonstration kitchen on-site functions as a fully operational testing space, while our custom-built bar area serves perfectly for beverage research sessions. We regularly host food and drink testing here, with clients appreciating the authentic environment these specialized spaces provide. Our viewing rooms accommodate different group sizes - the main client observation areas seat up to 25 people comfortably behind the glass, while our largest workshop space handles 40 respondents for training sessions or seminars. We find this flexibility particularly useful when clients need to run multiple sessions simultaneously or switch between intimate interviews and larger group discussions. Beyond the physical spaces, we provide comprehensive research support.
