Step into our Georgian meeting rooms at 48-49 Russell Square and you'll find yourself surrounded by original period features that create the perfect backdrop for productive sessions. We've carefully preserved the character of this historic building while ensuring everything modern businesses need is right at hand. Our two ground-floor rooms each welcome up to 16 people, though we often open up both spaces to create one larger area for 32 delegates. For those planning bigger gatherings, we can configure the space to accommodate up to 60 guests in certain layouts - just let us know what you're planning and we'll work out the best arrangement. The high ceilings and tall windows flood both rooms with natural light throughout the day, while offering views across Russell Square's private gardens at the rear. We've equipped each space with HD TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi, plus all the basics like comfortable seating and proper tea and coffee facilities. Whether you're setting up boardroom style for intensive discussions or theatre style for presentations, we'll help you get the configuration just right. Our location, five minutes' walk from both Holborn and Russell Square underground stations, means your attendees won't struggle to find us. We regularly host workshops, training sessions, conferences and corporate meetings, though we've also welcomed film crews for interviews and photographers who love the natural light. Previous guests particularly appreciate our attentive service and the quality of the space itself. Great venue, great location, Robert was very helpful in setting up the day. Shame there was some miscommunication about lunch requirements, but on the whole very happy!

A very smart venue, with an excellent atmosphere. Robert was excellent is helping with set up and re- configuring the room set-up for us so we also had a break-out area within the room. There was also access to the garden area if required.
