We've kept the best of the building's character while making sure everything actually works for modern business. The meeting rooms have proper AV setups (none of that fumbling with cables nonsense), and the Wi-Fi reaches every corner – even that quirky nook on the third floor that everyone loves for calls. Our reception team deserves a mention – they're absolute stars at handling last-minute changes. Had a client recently who needed to shift their entire workshop schedule the night before, and somehow we made it work. The showers and lockers might seem like small things, but when you're cycling in from Clapham or need to freshen up before an evening event, they're game-changers. Cardinal Place is right across the street with every lunch option imaginable, and St. James's Park tube gets you anywhere in minutes. But what I love most? It's how the building surprises people. They expect stuffy and traditional, then find themselves in bright, flexible spaces that just work.
