At Fora Summit House, we've transformed a 1925 Grade II listed building into something quite special. The original Austin Reed headquarters at 12 Red Lion Square has kept its Art Deco bones while we've brought in geometric patterns and Swedish design touches that give each floor its own character. Our fourth-floor roof terrace has become the favorite spot for afternoon coffee breaks – you can see across Holborn's rooftops while catching some fresh air. Just three minutes from Holborn station on the A40, we're right in the thick of things but Red Lion Square keeps us feeling tucked away from the bustle. We've designed the space with different work styles in mind. Private offices fit teams from 2 people up to 2,000, spread across floors that get plenty of natural light through the original grand windows. The leafy lounge on the ground floor works brilliantly for informal meetings, while our tech-enabled meeting rooms handle everything from client presentations to team workshops. The recharge room gets plenty of use – we've set it up with soft furnishings and a light sculpture that creates a proper escape when you need ten minutes away from your screen. Our focus booths scattered throughout provide quiet spots for calls, and the shower facilities and bike storage make cycling to work practical year-round. Our events team regularly helps members host evening drinks and networking sessions. The space accommodates up to 60 standing guests comfortably, with the Art Deco features and geometric designs creating an impressive backdrop. We've had great feedback about how smoothly these events run – the team knows the building inside out and can quickly adapt spaces to suit different occasions.
