Twenty-one floors up in Alpha Tower, our M4 Boardroom transforms Birmingham meetings with its wall of windows wrapping around the city skyline. Natural light pours across the contemporary space throughout the day, creating an energising atmosphere that keeps everyone engaged and focused. We've designed this room for serious business conversations. The modern boardroom table seats 25 comfortably, with plenty of elbow room for laptops, documents and coffee cups. Need to present to a larger group? We can reconfigure the space theatre-style for up to 50 attendees. The wireless LCD screen connects instantly to your devices, so you can share presentations without wrestling with cables or adapters. Your comfort matters during long strategy sessions. The room has its own temperature controls, so you won't find yourself in that awkward situation where half the team is freezing while the other half swelters. We keep fresh notepads and pens ready at each seat, along with water glasses that we'll refill throughout your meeting. Our kitchens stay stocked with proper tea and coffee all day, included in your booking. When you need something more substantial, The Alpha Café downstairs serves artisan coffee and locally sourced food. An excellent, modern space with amazing view, good equipment, good coffee and a friendly team. It was a bit hard to find through the building work outside but when that is finished it will be brilliant.

Did find Leah a touch frosty in her initial approach greeting us at reception, apart from that it was perfect!

The reception guy was great, shame the espresso machine wasn't working, other than that can't fault it

Excellent facilities for private meeting. Courteous staff, clean and safe facilities in an accessible building. We will definitely use this site again and would recommend to others.
