The Woodland room brings together everything that makes our venue special, with natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows that frame views across Orchard Place. We've designed this space around a living wall that runs the length of one side, where ferns and trailing plants create a calming backdrop for your meetings. Twenty people can gather comfortably around our boardroom table, positioned to make the most of both the daylight and the greenery. The neutral furnishings and soft grey walls let the natural elements take centre stage, while our integrated technology keeps everything running smoothly. We've installed video conferencing capabilities alongside an LCD projector and large TV screen, so remote participants feel just as connected as those in the room. You'll find the PA system particularly useful for larger presentations, and we keep fresh coffee and tea available throughout your booking. The space works brilliantly for strategy sessions where teams need to think creatively, client meetings that benefit from a more relaxed atmosphere, or training workshops that run through the day. Our location puts you within walking distance of St. James's Park Station, with Westminster's government offices nearby if you're meeting civil service contacts. The building itself offers full wheelchair access, and our team stays available to help with any technical requirements during your session. Previous guests have particularly valued our responsive service and the convenience of the location.
