The Up Pie Room sits above the bustle of our main pub floor, where deep blue walls create an atmosphere that feels more private members' club than typical meeting space. We've kept the original crown molding and added that statement chandelier, which throws just the right amount of light across the long wooden table during afternoon presentations. Pull up one of our upholstered chairs, some in rich blues, others in warm yellows, and you'll find this room works equally well for board meetings of 34 or networking events for up to 50 guests. We've arranged the seating to encourage conversation, whether you're hosting a strategy session or team workshop. The eclectic mix of furniture means everyone finds their comfortable spot, especially during those longer planning meetings. Our private bar runs along one wall, stocked with everything from coffee for morning briefings to craft beers for evening receptions. The TV screen handles presentations smoothly, positioned so everyone gets a clear view without straining. Between the artworks on the walls and framed pictures we've collected over the years, the room maintains that pub character while giving you the privacy your meeting needs. The flexible layout adapts to however you work best. Theatre-style for presentations, boardroom setup for discussions, or clear the centre for standing receptions. We've hosted product launches where teams used the full space for demonstrations, and intimate board meetings where just the table was needed. Being in Mayfair means excellent transport links surround us, making this an easy location for gathering colleagues from across London. The Up Pie Room offers something different from glass-walled meeting rooms, a space where productive discussions happen naturally, aided perhaps by knowing those award-winning pies await downstairs when you're ready for lunch.
