The Humber Suite sits right at the heart of our venue, just past reception on the ground floor, making it wonderfully easy for your delegates to find. At 41 square meters, this room strikes the perfect balance between spacious and intimate, with those marina views through the large windows keeping everyone focused yet relaxed throughout your meeting. We've furnished the space with warm wooden paneling that creates a professional atmosphere without feeling stuffy. The blue upholstered chairs around our central boardroom table are genuinely comfortable, even during those longer strategy sessions. Our upgraded AV setup includes a large screen with both HDMI and VGA connections, so whether your team uses new laptops or older equipment, we've got you covered. The high-speed Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without breaking a sweat. What works particularly well in here is the flexibility. We regularly reconfigure the room from boardroom style for 25 people to theatre layout for presentations to 40 delegates. The U-shaped setup for 16 works brilliantly for training sessions where you need everyone to see each other, while classroom style accommodates 20 comfortably with proper writing space. For networking events or receptions, we can clear the center and host 25 people with room to mingle. The natural daylight makes such a difference to energy levels, especially during full-day sessions. When you need a break, the Bar & Lounge is just down the corridor for coffee and informal discussions. Many groups also use our marina-facing terrace, particularly when the weather cooperates. Being five minutes' walk from Hull city center means grabbing lunch options beyond our Marina View Restaurant, though most groups prefer staying put to maintain momentum. Our events team handles everything from AV troubleshooting to last-minute layout changes, leaving you free to focus on your meeting content rather than logistics.
