Meeting Room 4.25 catches the afternoon sun perfectly through its generous windows, and we've positioned the round table to make the most of this natural light throughout the day. Eight black leather chairs circle the polished table, creating an environment where everyone feels equally part of the conversation. We've kept the walls in warm beige tones and added carefully chosen artwork that provides visual interest without distraction. The room works particularly well for board meetings where eye contact matters, or strategy sessions where teams need to see each other clearly. Our AV setup handles everything from simple presentations to video conferences with international colleagues, and the equipment tucks away neatly when not needed. Fresh coffee and tea arrive before you do, along with biscuits that have become something of a talking point among regular visitors. The fourth-floor location means you're removed from street noise, yet the large windows keep you connected to the energy of St James's Square below.
