Red and blue chairs add character to the traditional setting, while historical inscriptions on the panels remind everyone of the room's distinguished heritage. We've equipped the space with everything modern meetings demand: high-speed Wi-Fi that keeps everyone connected, flip charts positioned ready for brainstorming, and complimentary tea, coffee and water served throughout your session. Just a 3-minute walk from Euston Station at 27 Tavistock Square, getting here couldn't be simpler for teams scattered across London or visitors from further afield. The Board Room serves member churches planning community initiatives, NGOs coordinating campaigns, entrepreneurs pitching to investors, and businesses conducting training sessions. We've ensured full disabled access so everyone can participate comfortably. During warmer months, multiple fans keep the air circulating and the temperature comfortable. A dedicated refreshment area with fridge access sits just off the main room, perfect for setting up any catering you bring or that we arrange for you. The facilities stay immaculately clean, right down to the quality hand wash in the toilets. Pricing runs £200 for a half-day or £350 for full-day bookings. Member churches receive 50% off these rates, while registered charities enjoy 25% discounts. Had hoped to enter the building a little earlier than 15 mins before the meeting to get set up. There is no AC but there are plenty of fans. The room was large with a little annex that contained the tea/coffee/water facilities and a table for laying out food etc.
