The Bingham Room honours Thomas Henry Bingham, Baron Bingham of Cornhill, a distinguished Bencher who shaped legal history within these walls. We've positioned this versatile space on the first floor, where large windows frame peaceful views across our landscaped squares, bringing natural light into every corner of the room. Professional gatherings here benefit from our integrated AV setup, complete with PA system, LCD projector, screen and AMX touch panel. The technology sits comfortably within the room's traditional character, where soft neutral tones and carefully chosen lighting create an atmosphere conducive to focused discussion. We can arrange seating for 60 in theatre style, while boardroom and U-shaped configurations accommodate 36 colleagues around the table. For more interactive sessions, our cabaret layout seats 42, and classroom style works well for 28 participants. The upholstered chairs echo the classic design found throughout our historic building, while modern climate control ensures comfort year-round. That view across the squares proves particularly calming during intense negotiations or lengthy training sessions, offering a moment of respite from concentrated work. The room's proportions suit everything from board meetings to seminars, with acoustics that carry voices clearly without echo or distortion. Just minutes from Chancery Lane station, our venue combines accessibility with the sense of stepping into another world. The first floor location provides privacy while keeping you connected to the rest of our facilities. The place is fantastic! very old English. Meeting room was great for the training. The not so good is the signposting (there is none). Tricky to find you way into the place.
