We've positioned this room on our upper floors, away from the bustle of Euston Road below, creating a focused environment for your board meetings, corporate conferences, or professional workshops. The room comfortably seats 24 around our boardroom table, though we regularly reconfigure the space for theatre-style presentations accommodating 40 delegates, or cabaret arrangements for 24 when you need collaborative working groups. Each setup maintains clear sightlines to our projection screen, while our data projector and PA system handle everything from detailed financial presentations to video conferences with overseas colleagues. Natural light streams through our windows, eliminating that closed-in feeling common to many meeting rooms. When presentations require darkness, our blinds provide complete control over lighting conditions. The neutral walls and contemporary furnishings create a professional backdrop without distraction, letting your content take centre stage. Our venue sits just minutes from Euston Square Station, with King's Cross and Euston mainline stations equally close for those travelling from further afield. We've installed lifts to all floors and maintained level access throughout, ensuring every delegate can participate fully. Our technical team remains on hand during your booking, addressing any AV requirements as they arise. The Steel Room works equally well for morning strategy sessions or afternoon training workshops. We coordinate with our in-house catering team to time refreshments perfectly, whether that's breakfast pastries as delegates arrive or afternoon breaks between sessions.
