For corporate dinners and award ceremonies, we configure round tables for 140 guests, while cocktail receptions flow naturally with space for 240 attendees. Our cabaret setup for 100 works particularly well for workshops where teams need to collaborate at tables while maintaining clear sightlines to the front. Our technical setup includes a ceiling-mounted projector and drop-down screen that spans the width of the stage area. The integrated sound system reaches every corner clearly, whether you're presenting quarterly results or announcing award winners. While the room relies on overhead lighting rather than windows, we've designed the illumination to keep participants alert through long meeting days. Our facilities team adjusts lighting levels throughout your event, dimming for presentations and brightening for networking breaks. Staging comes as standard, though we can remove it entirely if your event requires a flat floor space. Our team arranges furniture the evening before, following your exact specifications.
