The rich wooden paneling wraps around Suite 2, creating a space where creative energy meets professional purpose. Our versatile meeting room accommodates everything from focused boardroom discussions for 15 to larger presentations for up to 60 delegates, with the warm red carpet adding character without overwhelming the professional atmosphere. We've designed this space to work as hard as you do. The large projection screen anchors one end of the room, while our flexible furniture arrangements shift seamlessly between boardroom, classroom, theatre and cabaret layouts. For training sessions, we can configure 15 desks in classroom style, or expand to theatre seating when you need to address larger groups. The banquet setup welcomes 40 for working lunches, while cocktail receptions flow comfortably with 60 guests. The absence of windows actually works in your favour here, creating a distraction-free environment where presentations pop on screen and discussions stay focused. Our ambient lighting keeps the space bright and energising throughout long meeting days, while the wood-panelled walls provide excellent acoustics for clear communication across the room. Just 15 minutes from both Snow Hill and New Street stations, getting here couldn't be simpler. Our integration with the Library of Birmingham means delegates can grab coffee or conduct informal catch-ups in the surrounding spaces, while Centenary Square offers a breath of fresh air between sessions. We find Suite 2 works particularly well for strategy sessions, training workshops, team briefings and small conferences.
