Our Georgian boardroom combines period elegance with everything your team needs for productive meetings. Eight comfortable chairs surround the solid wooden conference table, while the bay window floods the space with natural light throughout the day. Those window cushions have become a favourite spot for informal conversations before meetings begin or during coffee breaks. We've mounted a 55-inch screen on the wall for presentations, with HDMI connectivity and video conferencing capabilities already set up. Some teams prefer the traditional approach, so we keep a whiteboard and flipchart ready in the corner. The exposed brick feature wall adds character without being distracting, creating an atmosphere that feels professional yet relaxed. The kitchenette sits just next door, stocked with Twinings tea, Nespresso coffee, and soft drinks, all complimentary. We find this setup works perfectly for those mid-meeting refreshment breaks without disrupting the flow of discussion. There's proper space for coats too, with a dedicated rack that keeps the room uncluttered even in Edinburgh's unpredictable weather. Our Dublin Street location in the New Town puts you right in Edinburgh's business district. St Andrew Square tram stop is a five-minute walk away, and Waverley station isn't much further. For those driving, metered parking runs along Dublin Street directly outside. The boardroom works particularly well for strategy sessions, client presentations, and team planning meetings where you need focus without formality. We can arrange for our events manager to greet your guests if that would be helpful, ensuring everyone finds their way to the boardroom smoothly. The combination of natural light, comfortable seating, and thoughtful amenities creates a space where decisions get made and ideas take shape.
