Our Silverdale Suite sits on the first floor, where morning light streams through the full-length windows that run along one wall. This bright meeting space comfortably hosts up to 30 delegates in cabaret style, though we can reconfigure it for banquet seating (30 guests) or standing receptions (50 guests). The room's thoughtful design gives you three uninterrupted walls for projector presentations, so you can orient your setup in whichever direction works best for your group. We've furnished the space with comfortable blue chairs and modular tables that we typically arrange in a U-shape, though our team can adjust the layout to match your meeting style. The neutral colour scheme and contemporary furnishings create a professional atmosphere while keeping things relaxed enough for productive discussion. You'll find the Silverdale Suite just down the corridor from our Conferencing Lounge, at the top of our rear staircase. While the first-floor location means stair access only, the windows overlooking the car park provide a pleasant backdrop and ensure the room stays bright throughout the day. The space strikes a balance between our more intimate Boardroom and the larger Langdale or Windermere Suites, making it particularly well-suited for board meetings, training workshops, or team sessions where interaction matters. During breaks, your delegates can head downstairs to Valley Coffee, where fresh coffee and our kitchen team's catering keep energy levels up. The informal conversations that happen over coffee often prove just as valuable as the formal sessions. With ample parking directly outside and our location in Bamber Bridge offering easy access from Preston and surrounding areas, the practical details are covered so you can concentrate on making your meeting productive.
