CM 009 welcomes up to six people into a bright, thoughtfully designed space where productive conversations flow naturally. Natural light pours through the large windows, framing views of the greenery that surrounds our 200-acre business park. This connection to nature creates a refreshing atmosphere that helps teams stay focused and engaged throughout their sessions. We've furnished the room with a central meeting table and ergonomic chairs that keep everyone comfortable during longer discussions. The minimalist design, complemented by carefully chosen artwork on the walls, creates a professional environment without feeling stark or impersonal. Many of our regular users tell us they appreciate how the space feels both polished and approachable. The room works particularly well for board meetings where confidential matters need discussing, client presentations that require a more intimate setting, or strategy sessions where teams need to dive deep into planning. Training workshops for small groups also run smoothly here, with enough space for materials and laptops while maintaining that close, collaborative feel. Our venue sits alongside the River Thames, surrounded by 80 acres of nature reserve that many visitors find helps clear their minds between sessions. The peaceful setting contrasts nicely with the easy access we offer, being close to the M4 motorway with our free shuttle service running regularly to Reading city centre. Beyond the meeting room itself, you'll have access to our business lounge and break-out areas where informal conversations can continue after formal sessions end. Our on-site café serves breakfast and lunch, and we've equipped the building with high-speed WiFi throughout. The videoconferencing studio down the corridor handles international calls when your meetings extend beyond the UK.
