Our Boardroom brings together eight colleagues around a handcrafted oval table where deals get done and strategies take shape. The grey leather chairs have hosted everyone from startup founders to corporate executives, all drawn to this ground-floor space that combines Soho's creative energy with proper business functionality. The 55-inch LED screen dominates one wall, ready for your pitch deck or video conference, while the conference phone sits within easy reach for bringing remote participants into the conversation. We keep the Nespresso machine stocked throughout the day, and you'll find notepads, pens and a flip chart already in place. Fresh water and biscuits appear without asking, though if you need hot water for tea, just let our team know. That vibrant artwork adds the only splash of colour to our deliberately minimal design. The space stays comfortable through long sessions thanks to climate control that actually works, something our regular bookers particularly appreciate. Natural light filters through while maintaining privacy for confidential discussions. Soho's restaurant scene becomes your catering department here. We know which places deliver promptly and can arrange anything from working sandwiches to proper sit-down lunches. The morning of your meeting, we'll book tables at nearby spots if you prefer to step out between sessions. Oxford Circus sits just minutes away, making arrival straightforward for delegates crossing London. Our ground-floor location means no wrestling laptops and presentations through lifts or up stairs. The team here, particularly Alberto who often gets name-checked in feedback, understands what makes meetings run smoothly. This had all the necessary AV equipment, a nice Nespresso machine, the room was temperature controlled and for two of us there was plenty of space. There weren't any tea facilities although the hotel staff said to ask them if we wanted hot water. Lunch was not included

All went very smoothly, and having arrived early, we were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed straight in. I'm sure we were back.
