The former bank vault door opens into our Board Room, where Edinburgh's financial heritage meets today's meeting needs. We've preserved the architectural grandeur of this Tollcross landmark, from the soaring ceilings to the rich wood panelling that once witnessed countless banking decisions. Around our central wooden conference table, eight leather chairs provide comfortable seating for focused discussions, though we can accommodate ten when teams prefer a fuller room. The chandelier overhead casts warm light across the space, working in harmony with natural light from the large windows and a contemporary tripod lamp that adds modern balance to the classical setting. Our 42" screen sits within an ornate gold frame, equipped with Apple TV, Chromecast and HDMI connections for smooth presentations. The super-fast WiFi handles multiple video calls without the usual connectivity struggles, keeping everyone connected throughout your session. When discussions need breathing room, the connecting gallery space offers natural overflow for breakout conversations or quick stretches between agenda items. For private calls or focused work, The Counting Room provides an intimate alternative, while our private booths seat up to four for those impromptu team huddles. Coffee breaks become a highlight with our Jura machine producing proper lattes, cappuccinos and flat whites at the touch of a button, all included alongside our tea selection. The filtered water dispenser keeps everyone refreshed, and when longer sessions demand more substantial fare, we arrange catering from £10 per person. The space adapts naturally to training sessions, team meetings and strategy days. Both men's and women's facilities are conveniently located nearby. Our team handles the practical details, from technical setup to catering coordination, letting you concentrate on the business at hand.
