We've designed the Dennistoun Suite with one thing in mind: making your meetings work properly. This 38-square-metre room sits on our upper floor, where you'll find the peace and quiet needed for productive sessions without the usual city distractions. The space comfortably holds 24 people theatre-style when you're presenting to larger groups, or we can arrange it boardroom-style for 16 when discussion is key. For training sessions, the classroom setup works brilliantly for 14 participants, while the U-shape configuration for 12 creates that collaborative atmosphere many of our regular clients prefer for strategy sessions and workshops. Dark wood flooring and neutral walls keep things professional without being stuffy. We've invested in proper lighting that stays bright throughout the day, compensating for the lack of windows with fixtures that maintain energy levels during those longer sessions. The tables come dressed in black cloth, and yes, the chairs are actually comfortable for full-day events, something previous clients particularly appreciate. Being right above West Street subway means your attendees won't waste time getting lost, and Glasgow Quay nearby sorts out lunch options nicely. Our reception team handles the practical bits, from extra flipcharts to making sure your tech setup runs smoothly.
