The Seamus Heaney Room serves up to 14 people in our venue's most versatile meeting space, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame Belfast's cityscape and fill the room with natural light throughout your working day. We've arranged the long conference table with modern chairs that keep everyone comfortable during extended sessions, whether you're conducting interviews, running training workshops, or bringing your board together for strategic planning. The large presentation screen anchors one end of the room, connecting seamlessly with your devices for smooth presentations and video calls with remote team members. We know how important reliable technology is for productive meetings, so everything's been tested and ready when you arrive. The neutral colour palette and carefully chosen artwork create a calm, professional backdrop that won't distract from your agenda. Our recent guests particularly appreciate how clean and well-maintained we keep all our facilities. You'll find fresh tea, coffee and water readily available just outside, and our friendly team members are always nearby if you need any assistance during your meeting. The break-out areas give your attendees somewhere comfortable to continue conversations between sessions or make private calls. Getting here couldn't be simpler from anywhere in Belfast. We're right on Cromac Square in the city centre, with excellent public transport links and secure underground parking if you're driving. Many of our regular users work in the nearby financial and IT companies, popping over for meetings throughout the day. When you're finished, you'll find plenty of cafés and restaurants within a short walk for post-meeting discussions or team lunches. The room adapts easily between boardroom and classroom layouts, both accommodating your full group of 14. The Regus was a lovely, clean space with great facilities - clean toilets as well as tea, coffee and water facilities. The staff were really friendly and helpful and ready to accommodate where they could. Really easy to find and lovely and central to Belfast city centre...
