We've configured this space for everything from intense strategy workshops with 24 participants in classroom style to celebration dinners for 50 guests around our round tables. The natural daylight really transforms the atmosphere here. We positioned the windows to catch morning and afternoon sun, which keeps energy levels up during those long planning sessions. The room handles various setups effortlessly - we can arrange 30 seats boardroom-style for executive meetings, create a U-shape for 28 people when interaction matters, or set theatre seating for 50 when presentation is key.
