We've set up Allen for boardroom-style meetings with eight comfortable seats around the table. The room features a large high-resolution screen paired with wireless presentation equipment, so you can share your screen with a simple click rather than wrestling with cables. Our state-of-the-art video conferencing setup includes an integrated camera and sound bar, making remote participants feel like they're actually in the room with you. One wall serves double duty as a writable surface, perfect when your brainstorming sessions need more space than a flipchart provides. The quirky wall design adds character without being distracting, creating an atmosphere that encourages creative thinking while maintaining professionalism. When you need refreshments, our on-site Gaff Café can arrange everything from morning coffees to full lunch service for all-day workshops. The venue was good and the others attending were impressed. The only things I would say are that it was not obvious who I was supposed to check in with on arrival / where I was supposed to go (I eventually found the Back Office) and also I was not provided with the wifi...
