Our “Think” room is a reminiscence of the time when the house at Chausseestraße 86 was part of Humboldt University. And that's why we've given the beautiful 25m² meeting room a large blackboard so that you have plenty of space for your creativity.
Meetings and workshops that get to the bottom of things.
In the room you will usually find a large meeting table that can comfortably seat 8 people. The chairs are modelled on the famous 50s „Plastic-Chair“ by the great designers Charles and Ray Eames (and unlike the original, they even have comfortable seat cushions). But if you would like to have the meeting room without a table, we can also put a circle of chairs for up to 15 people in the room.
Here, too, there is a flipchart stand and a small sound system in the room, and a pin board is also available on request. You need a beamer for a presentation or something alike? You are welcome to use our canvas, which we have mounted on the front wall. Of course, you are also welcome to rent additional seminar or meeting equipment from us – from beamers to pens.
Two rooms that together are more than one large meeting room.
This meeting room can be combined with the adjacent room „Work“! A mobile partition wall (soundproof) normally separates the two rooms, when opened you have over 55m² of space for large workshops, lectures or meetings with many people at one long table. And with it you can realise large meetings, large lectures or large presentations that use the combined energy of these two unusual spaces.
Room Think is suitable for video conferencing and becomes a “huddle” room with a large monitor and camera at the front. We can also realise video trainings in our room Think.
Was steckt hinter dem Namen?
The room names of the main house of Meeet | Mitte derive from the concept of the “Walt Disney strategy”, which consultant and trainer Robert B. Dilts used to describe a creativity method: According to his observation, every creative process is divided into four (or more) roles or phases: Dreamer, Realist, Doer, Critic, Observer.
In the “Think” room, planners, realists and designers are in good hands!
