The London Room offers everything a productive meeting needs in the heart of Westminster. We've positioned our boardroom table at the centre of this intimate space, where up to 16 colleagues can gather around for focused discussions. Natural light pours through the large windows throughout the day, creating an energising atmosphere that keeps everyone engaged. Our team regularly prepares this room for board meetings, strategy sessions and small presentations. The high-backed chairs provide comfort during those longer sessions, while the soft cream walls and carefully chosen artwork create a professional yet welcoming environment. We've found the plush carpeting particularly appreciated by guests who spend hours here, as it helps maintain a quiet, focused atmosphere. For presentations, we've integrated a comprehensive audio-visual system that handles everything from PowerPoint displays to video content. The air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable year-round, something our regular clients particularly value during summer board meetings. While the room works best for in-person gatherings, the AV setup supports clear audio for those occasions when someone needs to dial in. The space transforms beautifully for different formats. We can arrange it boardroom-style for 16 people when discussion and collaboration matter most. For less formal meetings or small receptions, we reconfigure the room to accommodate up to 25 guests, perhaps for a working lunch or afternoon briefing. Getting here couldn't be simpler. Westminster station sits just minutes away, and we're walking distance from Trafalgar Square. Many of our regular meeting hosts appreciate that their attendees can easily reach us from across London. The Victorian grandeur of our building and those Thames views from elsewhere in the venue often become talking points during coffee breaks, adding something special to what might otherwise be routine meetings.
