A large space for a variety of uses
85m² workshop space, almost square, lots of glass and light are present here. There is a main room with a large skylight that can accommodate 60 people in cinema seating, 24 people in parliamentary or U-shaped seating and around 30 participants in dynamic workshops. There is also a small adjoining room of approx. 10m² (for catering) and a fully equipped kitchenette with coffee machine, oven and large refrigerator.
The room has many glass surfaces that can be closed off from the outside world with sliding curtains if desired. One wall, however, is solid and we have provided this with a 9m wide whiteboard surface.
And in particular, we are suitable for all kinds of video-supported events; here we have already managed hybrid events, large online conferences and other streamed events.
Different workshop formats with different furnishings
In the meeting space, we can realise very different formats with you. We have the following furniture for this:
Round café tables (e.g. for world café or open workshops, but also for evening events in cabaret style).
Large work and seminar tables (as individual tables, in a table U, arranged as table blocks)
High tables (round and square)
Cardboard cube seat
60 super-comfortable cantilever chairs (in a circle of chairs or theatre seating)
Seminar technology: Just as you need it
Flipchart stands, moderation walls, pin boards, a large whiteboard wall, beamer, microphone and amplification system and a powerful WLAN are part of the technical possibilities of this room. And if you need a moderation case, loads of sticky notes or craft materials for Design Thinking workshops, please let us know – we'll take care of it.
A workshop space where you are completely independent
The space has its own toilet facilities in the basement, its own kitchen and lots of its own technology. Only if you also require break catering from us, we will come to your workshop room from time to time and bring you the Meeet treats.
