Our Aveley Room catches the morning light beautifully through its large windows, creating the kind of bright workspace where ideas flow naturally. We've furnished this ground-floor boardroom for 14 delegates around our impressive glass-topped table, with chairs chosen specifically for those longer strategy sessions where comfort matters. The room comes alive during presentations with our mounted flatscreen TV and projector setup, while traditional flipcharts and whiteboards stand ready for brainstorming sessions. We keep the complimentary WiFi running strong, and the PA system ensures everyone catches every word, whether you're presenting quarterly figures or running a training workshop. What makes Aveley particularly effective is its sense of privacy. The vertical blinds let you control the natural light precisely, and the neutral décor keeps distractions minimal. We've watched teams use this space for everything from confidential board meetings to intensive planning sessions, and the intimate scale always seems to encourage genuine discussion rather than formal presentations. The glass conference table reflects the daylight beautifully, and we've positioned power points strategically so laptops and devices stay charged without cables trailing everywhere. Our in-house catering team can arrange anything from morning pastries to working lunches, with menus covering halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free requirements.
