The Board Room here strikes a perfect balance between Bristol's architectural heritage and the needs of modern business meetings. Those grand archway windows with their intricate lattice patterns catch the morning sun beautifully, creating patterns of light across the large wooden table that seats ten comfortably. We've kept the original features that make this space special, including the high vaulted ceiling with its wooden paneling and that rather splendid chandelier that our members often comment on. The room has a particular quality of calm that seems to help discussions flow more naturally, something we attribute to the combination of natural light and the warm wood tones throughout. For your presentations, we've installed a screen that works seamlessly with laptops, and there's a whiteboard tucked to the side for those moments when ideas need mapping out visually. Our super-fast Wi-Fi means video calls with remote team members run without a hitch, and we keep the tea and coffee station well-stocked throughout the day. The Board Room sits within our restored period building on Whiteladies Road, making it convenient for clients coming from across Bristol. We're particularly proud of our carbon-neutral status, which many of our members tell us aligns perfectly with their own business values. If you're planning a longer session, our catering team at Gloucester Road can prepare sustainable lunch options or morning pastries, though we do need advance notice for food orders.
