With different suites to choose from, all equipped with state of the art AV equipment and super-fast internet, Cotton Court makes the ideal meeting or training space . All rooms are flooded with natural daylight, exposed brickwork and air conditioning, offering an inspiring and comfortable environment for trainers and delegates alike.
We have a dedicated and experienced events team who will help you take the stress out of planning your event, ensure that all the details are taken care of and runs smoothly on the day. Your training room will be set up exactly how you want it prior to your arrival and we can even have your presentation ready to go. All you need to do is arrive, we will take care of the rest!
We can also offer a fully equipped IT Suite! The perfect solution if you need to host computer-based exams or learning. The IT Suite consists of modern workstations as well as a trainer PC which we can link to the large screens.
CITY CENTRE LOCATION
Located in the City Centre with free on-site parking, we are also just a short walk away from the bus and train stations, making Cotton Court an easily accessible venue for everyone.
FREE ON-SITE PARKING
Ample parking is available onsite on a first come, first served basis. Plus there are a number of pay and display car parks just a stone's throw away.
AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK
All our conference rooms are available for hire 7 days a week, including evenings.

Our spaces can be set up with live streaming hardware, so you can distribute your event to your online audiences.

Our rooms are equipped with large 4K screens, combined with speakers and a PA system. All are compatible with any device and suites are also fitted with Chromecast.
ONSITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Our teams are trained to be able to offer full technical support.

Free, superfast WiFi is available for all delegates, and each suite has its own dedicated connection.
PRINTING SERVICES
We offer a full print shop service onsite, we can even have all your course material printed and ready for when you arrive.
EVENTS TEAM
Our friendly receptionists and events team will meet and greet your delegates and will be on hand to assist you throughout your event.
CATERING & REFRESHMENTS
We can provide a range of locally sourced catering and refreshment options, in packages to suit all budgets.
