Converting a Greek Orthodox Church into a modern meeting space takes careful thought, and we've made Mal 3 one of our most functional rooms for business gatherings. The contemporary art on the walls sets a creative tone that works particularly well for brainstorming sessions and strategic planning meetings. Our team regularly configures this space differently depending on what you need. For presentations, we arrange theatre-style seating for up to 16 delegates, all with clear sightlines to the flatscreen TV mounted on the wall. Board meetings work beautifully here too, with 11 people seated comfortably around the table where everyone can engage in discussion. The classroom setup accommodates 8, giving plenty of desk space for training sessions or workshops. The patterned carpet and dark chairs create a professional atmosphere without feeling stuffy. We've installed adjustable lighting throughout, which means you can brighten things up for note-taking or dim them for video presentations. The built-in shelving keeps materials organised, and there's proper storage for bags and coats so the room stays uncluttered during your session. Our venue sits just off Blythswood Square, putting you five minutes' walk from Glasgow Central station. Most attendees find us easily, and there's good access to city centre offices if you're bringing in external speakers or clients. The high-speed WiFi handles multiple devices without dropping connection, and we provide flip charts alongside the AV equipment. For working lunches or dinner meetings, we can serve up to 12 guests banquet-style in here. Our kitchen prepares British dishes with vegan, gluten-free and halal options available. The U-shaped configuration works well for 8 people when you want everyone facing inward for group discussions.
