The Redwood Suite sits upstairs in our Victorian mansion, where original period features meet everything you need for productive meetings. Natural light pours through the large windows, giving you views across the zoo grounds while you work through your agenda. We've set up this space to work flexibly for different group sizes and meeting formats. The room comfortably seats 25 in theatre style, 14 around the boardroom table, or 12 in classroom configuration. For those collaborative sessions where everyone needs to see each other, the U-shaped layout works perfectly for 14 participants. Your presentations will run smoothly on our 75" TV screen, which connects easily with your devices. We keep a flip chart ready for those spontaneous brainstorming moments, and there's plenty of table space when teams need to spread out documents or laptops. The neutral décor and thoughtful furnishings create a calm, professional atmosphere without being stuffy. What makes meetings here different is the setting itself. Between sessions, your delegates can step onto the landing and catch glimpses of our conservation work in action. The Victorian architecture of The Oakfield adds character without compromising functionality, and those heritage windows frame views that spark conversations during coffee breaks. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We provide complimentary parking for all delegates, and the Wi-Fi is included as standard.
