The Squire room has become one of our most requested spaces for focused boardroom discussions and training sessions. We've arranged the wooden tables in a U-shape configuration that naturally encourages conversation between your 20 participants, with everyone able to see both the presenter and each other clearly. Our team regularly sets up this room for strategy meetings, departmental briefings, and professional development workshops. The blue upholstered chairs provide proper support for those longer sessions, while the flip chart and large whiteboard give you plenty of space to map out ideas and capture key decisions. We find the U-shape layout works particularly well for interactive training, allowing trainers to move freely within the space while maintaining engagement with every participant. Though the room doesn't have windows, we've designed the lighting to keep everyone alert and focused throughout your meeting. The soft, even illumination creates a comfortable working environment without the glare that can make screen viewing difficult. For larger presentations, we can reconfigure the space theatre-style to accommodate up to 40 attendees, or arrange classroom seating for 20 when you need individual writing surfaces. Located in Clifton Village, our venue sits just minutes from the M62, making it equally accessible whether your team is travelling from Leeds, Halifax, or Huddersfield. We provide 250 complimentary parking spaces, so there's never a scramble for spots even during our busiest periods. Many groups appreciate being able to step out into the Yorkshire countryside during breaks, with woodland views providing a refreshing change from typical business environments. The Squire room forms part of our seven-room conference suite, allowing flexibility if you need breakout spaces or want to combine sessions throughout your event.
