Our Lounge occupies a particularly bright corner of the building, where natural light pours through oversized windows throughout the day. The soft green walls create a calming backdrop for focused discussions, while round tables encourage collaborative work between team members. With space for up to 45 seated or 60 standing, we find this room works brilliantly for everything from board meetings to training workshops. We've equipped the room with a large wall-mounted TV screen that connects seamlessly with laptops for presentations. The integrated speaker system ensures everyone catches every word, and our loop system supports colleagues who use hearing aids. These technical features blend into the background until you need them, letting the conversation take centre stage. The furniture arrangement changes depending on your needs. For formal presentations, we set chairs in theatre-style rows facing the screen. Working lunches call for our banquet layout with round tables that seat 40 comfortably. Planning a networking session? We clear the centre for reception-style mingling with space for 60 guests to move freely between conversations. Our in-house kitchen delivers refreshments directly to The Lounge, whether that's morning coffee and pastries or a full hot buffet lunch. Many groups particularly appreciate our afternoon tea selection when energy levels need boosting during longer sessions. The serving area sits discreetly to one side, keeping food and drinks accessible without interrupting your flow. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with our Botwell Lane location offering excellent transport connections across West London. Once inside, level access throughout means everyone moves easily between The Lounge and our other facilities, including accessible toilets nearby.
