We've positioned a sleek conference table at the heart of the room, surrounded by contemporary chairs that keep everyone comfortable through those longer strategy sessions or client presentations. The room catches plenty of natural light through its generous window, which means you're working with daylight rather than under harsh fluorescents all day. When the sun sets, our pendant lights create just the right ambiance, neither too bright nor too dim for reading documents or taking notes. We've kept the design minimal, with subtle wall paneling that adds warmth without overwhelming the space. Your tech requirements are fully covered here. We've mounted a high-quality screen on the wall with an integrated camera system, so whether you're connecting with remote team members or presenting to clients abroad, the video conferencing runs smoothly. The setup is straightforward, no need to wrestle with cables or worry about compatibility issues. The room works brilliantly for various meeting formats. We see teams using it for focused brainstorming sessions, confidential HR discussions, client pitches, and board meetings. The six-person capacity hits that sweet spot, large enough for a proper team discussion but intimate enough that everyone stays engaged. You'll find us just minutes from Bond Street and Oxford Circus stations, making it simple for everyone to reach the meeting on time. The Marylebone location means you're away from the tourist crowds but still right in the heart of London. Please note that if you'd like catering for your meeting, we need at least two days' notice to arrange it properly.

Great space and location; modern, clean and accessible...let down by check-in...room was not ready and we had to wait outside for ten minutes whilst it was sorted out. If I'd had customers with me this would have been a serious problem.
