The Westbourne Suite sits just two minutes' walk from Paddington Station, making those early morning meetings actually achievable for your delegates. Our largest meeting space comfortably seats up to 40 people, with proper ergonomic chairs in calming blue that keep everyone focused through those longer sessions. We've configured this room countless times, from boardroom setups for 24 to theatre style for 38, and the furniture moves easily to match your needs. The contemporary space features a large boardroom table as standard, though we can quickly transform it for classroom training (20 people) or U-shaped discussions (21 people). For more social gatherings, we arrange cabaret style for 18 or reception format for up to 40 guests. Technology works reliably here, which sounds basic but makes all the difference. The plasma screen connects to laptops without fuss, the projector displays clearly across the room, and the spider phone delivers conference calls where everyone can actually hear each other. High-speed WiFi runs throughout, and we keep a water cooler and refreshment station in the room so nobody needs to hunt for drinks. While the space doesn't have windows, the modern ceiling lights keep things bright and energising, particularly helpful during afternoon sessions. The room was as described. only feedback was that it could be a little noisy at times - delegates in another meeting seemed to be talking in the corridor adjacent to the room which was a bit of a distraction at times. Otherwise the check in and booking process was very ...

Great location 2 mins from Paddington Station. Staff at Mercure great, nothing too much trouble. Coffee and tea good value hot and plentiful. Room size ideal for four persons. Will definitely use again if required. Thanks!
