The Bishopsgate Suite transforms from boardroom to theatre with just a quick furniture shuffle, making it one of our most requested spaces for good reason. This contemporary room sits right in the financial district's beating heart, with Tower Hill and Fenchurch Street stations both under five minutes' walk away. We've configured this space to handle whatever your meeting throws at it. Need an intimate boardroom discussion? We'll set up for 30. Planning a larger presentation? Theatre style fits 56 comfortably. The room adapts just as easily to classroom layouts for 30, U-shaped arrangements for 24, or cabaret style for 32 when you want delegates working in smaller groups. The tech setup keeps things running smoothly, with our AV equipment, projector and screen positioned for clear sightlines from every seat. High-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout, and we've got teleconferencing facilities plus a voting system when you need instant feedback from the room. The neutral colour scheme and bright lighting create a focused atmosphere, though we'll admit there's no natural daylight, which actually helps with screen visibility during presentations. Our kitchen team prepares everything from working lunches to formal dinners, with halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free options standard on our menus.
