Nico's Bar is where our old sweet factory meets proper East London party spirit. This transformed space holds 150 standing guests or 74 for dining, with dark walls that make those bright green and orange chairs pop like confetti against the industrial backdrop. The wooden bar anchors the room, stocked and ready to serve your guests until 2am. We've kept the warehouse bones visible while adding character through upcycled furniture that tells its own story. Floor-to-ceiling windows run along one wall, bringing daylight streaming across the space and framing views of our gardens and the canal. When night falls, the lighting shifts the whole mood, turning corporate drinks into proper parties. Step outside onto the terrace and you'll find picnic tables where guests naturally spill out, drinks in hand, with the Olympic Park visible across the water. The PA system handles everything from background music to full DJ sets, while our Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected if they must check their phones between songs. Private hire runs Fridays and Saturdays from October through April, giving you exclusive use of the space. Our events team sorts the logistics while you focus on your guest list. Bring your own DJ or plug in a playlist, work with our approved caterers or keep it simple with drinks from the bar. Getting here couldn't be easier with Hackney Wick Station just minutes away. The combination of transport links and that 2am license means your party can run properly late without anyone worrying about the last train home. This is the kind of space where birthday parties turn legendary and company celebrations actually feel like celebrations, all with that canal view as your backdrop.
