The Hall Auditorium commands the heart of our arts complex, where 2,500 red velvet seats rise in gentle tiers towards the ceiling's acoustic panels. We've hosted everything from rock legends to TED talks on this stage, and each event brings its own energy to the space. The original 1950s wood paneling wraps around the auditorium, creating warmth that modern venues often lack. Your guests enter through the main foyer, where our cloakroom staff handle coats and bags before they take their seats. The fixed raked seating means everyone gets a clear view, whether they're in the front stalls or the back of the balcony. We provide two technicians and a production manager as standard, though larger productions often bring additional crew to work with our state-of-the-art rigging and lighting systems. Behind the scenes, performers and speakers appreciate our dressing rooms and green rooms, complete with mirrors, comfortable seating, and direct stage access. Our events team coordinates everything from the initial planning through to the final curtain call, with a duty manager overseeing front-of-house operations throughout your event. The auditorium adapts surprisingly well to different event formats. Corporate conferences use our full technical capabilities for presentations and panel discussions, while celebration events transform the space with custom lighting and decorations. We can arrange personalised tickets for your guests, adding a professional touch to any gathering. Our riverside location means most guests arrive via Waterloo station, just minutes away on foot. The nearby Embankment and Westminster bridges connect us to north London, while the London Eye stands as a convenient landmark for first-time visitors. After your event, the South Bank's restaurants and bars offer plenty of options for continuing celebrations or informal networking.
