The Chaplin Bar pulses with conversation most evenings, when professionals from across London gather in our colourful corner of Waterloo. We've designed this semi-private space to handle everything from milestone birthday parties to corporate celebrations, with room for up to 100 guests standing comfortably amongst the vibrant orange and green armchairs. Our bar team knows their craft, keeping drinks flowing while you focus on your guests. The fireplace creates a natural gathering point, particularly popular during winter months when colleagues cluster around with mulled wine in hand. Small tables dot the parquet flooring, giving groups spots to set down drinks and plates while they chat. Those sleek blue bar stools at the counter tend to fill first, usually with early arrivals catching up before the main crowd arrives. We've watched countless office parties transform from polite networking into proper celebrations here. The contemporary lighting shifts the mood as evening deepens, while our PA system handles everything from background music to birthday speeches. Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable even when packed with dancing colleagues, and our Wi-Fi stays strong for those inevitable social media moments. The way I have been told made me think that the kitchen area is belonging to the meeting room 1, however it turns out it is a shared area. Luckily, this afternoon wasn't busy at all and we managed to use it as we expect. Hope you can describe it clearly in future.

This was a great venue and fairly priced. The communal kitchen was a great feature as we were there for a relaxed customer meeting and this format worked really well for us

fantastic service, great venue and facilities at a good price. We had a wheel chair user in our group and the venue is fully accessible and they were attentive and service orientated to all. Some of the team stayed at the hotel too the night before, again great service....

Our first time using Zipcube for an office meeting space so we were a little nervous but we loved the space and everything was set up exactly how we had requested. We will definitely be using Zipcube again for future meeting spaces

This was a lovely venue for a meeting. The break out area for coffee made meeting people before the start of the meeting less formal.

Besides not having any windows, this is a great space with polite staff.
