Our space at 155-157 Woodhouse Lane serves as the meeting hub for Leeds professionals who need more than just four walls and a table. We've designed our board room to work exactly how you need it. The space transforms from an intimate six-person strategy session to a 50-seat presentation venue, with our movable partition wall creating two separate areas when required. Our most popular configuration remains the boardroom setup for 32, though we regularly arrange U-shape layouts for 28 participants, theatre style for 50, or classroom format for 30. Your delegates arrive through our dedicated reception area, where they can settle in with refreshments before the main event begins. We've equipped the room with professional-grade AV technology, including our teleconference system that connects you seamlessly with remote participants. The wireless internet handles multiple devices without breaking a sweat. When it comes to keeping everyone energized, we offer full catering services—from working lunches to tea and coffee throughout the day.
