Our 10-acre estate offers something rather special for North London. The Drawing Room, our largest space, welcomes up to 80 guests beneath original corniced ceilings and period features that photograph beautifully. For smaller gatherings, the Salon's bay windows frame views of our gardens while accommodating 35 guests - though we often open both rooms together when hosting up to 110 people. The Dining Room, with its intimate Victorian character, creates the perfect setting for groups of 30. As a fully licensed venue, we host civil marriages, civil partnerships, and baby naming ceremonies throughout the year. Corporate clients appreciate our meeting facilities too - we provide projectors, screens, and flipcharts, while our catering team handles everything from working lunches to celebration dinners. Speaking of food, Inky's Stables Café serves breakfast and lunch daily, giving your guests somewhere to gather before or after events. What makes us different is the gardens themselves. Your guests can wander through our arboretum, discover the rockery and bog garden, or simply enjoy the parkland and wooded walks. The gardens stay open from 8am to 6pm, offering plenty of natural light for photographs and space for guests to mingle outdoors.
