Our ground floor pulls you in with mismatched vintage furniture, plants trailing from every corner, and that worn wooden stage where local musicians plug in most nights. During the day, freelancers tap away on laptops while baristas craft flat whites. Come evening, the space transforms - bartenders shake cocktails while the room fills with conversation and music. The real magic happens upstairs on our roof terrace. We installed a retractable roof after one too many British downpours threatened parties, and now rain actually adds atmosphere rather than ruining plans. Those heaters keep things cozy year-round, and when the sun sets westward over London's rooftops, guests stop mid-conversation to watch. We've hosted everything from 40th birthdays to product launches up here, with our kitchen adapting menus from Mediterranean sharing plates to full Christmas dinners. Our events manager coordinates the technical stuff - the sound system that handles both acoustic sets and DJ nights, the lighting that shifts from afternoon meetings to evening celebrations. Five minutes from Angel Station makes logistics simple for guests traveling across London. For larger gatherings, we open both floors to accommodate 100 seated or 150 standing, though most groups prefer keeping things intimate on the terrace.
