Our converted brewery buildings at Wilderspool Park have been home to growing businesses since we transformed this historic Greenall's Brewery site into modern workspace. Each morning, the original sash windows flood our offices with natural light, highlighting the exposed brickwork and timber beams that tell the story of this Victorian industrial heritage. We've carefully preserved the character across our four buildings - the Malt Building, Brewhouse, Quayside, and the Grade II listed Whitehouse - while installing everything modern businesses need.
