The West India Dock room combines yacht luxury with serious business credentials, offering 2,420 square feet of adaptable meeting space aboard our floating hotel. Wood-panelled walls and plush carpeting create a refined atmosphere that feels more like an executive boardroom than a traditional conference venue, whilst floor-to-ceiling windows frame the ever-changing views across Royal Victoria Dock. We've designed this space to work hard for your meetings, with configurations ranging from an intimate boardroom for 32 to theatre-style seating for 80 delegates. The room's rectangular layout makes it particularly effective for presentations, with clear sightlines from every seat to the built-in projection screen. Our AV setup includes a high-definition projector, PA system with wireless microphones, and conference call facilities that actually work when you need them. Natural light floods the space throughout the day, though blackout options are available for presentations. The modern lighting system overhead provides consistent illumination for note-taking and networking. High-speed Wi-Fi reaches every corner, and we've positioned power outlets strategically around the room so laptops stay charged during long sessions. Our in-house catering team delivers directly to the room, whether you need working lunches, coffee breaks, or formal dining for up to 60 guests. The adjacent bar area provides a natural space for pre-meeting coffee or post-presentation networking. We accommodate dietary requirements including halal, vegan and gluten-free options as standard.
