Le Pin takes its name from the French for "pine," though you'll find inspiration from an entirely different source adorning these walls. Our team particularly loves showing guests into this room for the first time, watching their reaction to the hand-painted murals that wrap around the space, their golden tones catching the light from our carefully positioned fixtures. We've furnished Le Pin with a substantial polished wooden table that runs the length of the room, surrounded by high-backed leather chairs that make those three-hour strategy sessions surprisingly comfortable. The rich wooden floors and warm artwork create an atmosphere that feels more private members' club than corporate meeting space, which tends to put everyone at ease before negotiations even begin. For board meetings, we can accommodate 26 people around the table with plenty of elbow room. When you're planning something more celebratory, perhaps a retirement dinner or team achievement celebration, we reconfigure for banquet-style dining for up to 42 guests. Theatre-style presentations work well here too, with space for 26, while drinks receptions can welcome up to 60 colleagues. The lack of windows means no distractions from passing traffic or glaring afternoon sun on presentation screens. We've installed air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable, plus all the practical bits you actually need: TV and projector for presentations, whiteboards and flipcharts for brainstorming sessions, and Wi-Fi that genuinely works when you need it to. Our venue sits right in Bristol's city centre, making it simple for your team to reach us however they're travelling.
